Sul lontano pianeta Jishin la popolazione è comandata dall'oscuro imperatore Zoule, che mira a conquistare tutto lo spazio conosciuto. Anche la Terra è finita nelle sue mire espansionistiche, e per poter conquistarla decide di mandarvi un piccolo infante, Mars. Questi, una volta cresciuto, potrà poi colpire e distruggere il nostro pianeta grazie al tremendo strumento che ha a disposizione: un gigantesco robot rosso-bianco di nome Gi-Err, che al suo interno ha una potentissima bomba ad energia antiprotonica, che se venisse fatta esplodere distruggerebbe all'istante la Terra
